Formerly in renewable energy development, he now focuses on the intersection of power systems and Bitcoin mining and translated Lyn Alden’s Broken Money into French. At INBi, he works to remove barriers to Bitcoin mining in France.
Bert de Groot
Founder of Bitcoin Brabant, where he helps businesses and households repurpose surplus or renewable energy through Bitcoin mining, using ASIC miners to secure the network while generating usable heat.
Charlie Fritzsche
Charlie Fritzsche is Lead Product Management & Customer Success at Terahash, working at the intersection of technology, operations, and users in the mining ecosystem. Passionate about Bitcoin, he focuses on the technical and operational layers of the network, from mining to the Lightning Network.
Javier Hermosa Martin
Head of Energy & Mining at Braiins. He began mining Bitcoin in 2013 and founded Krater.io in 2021, a management and monitoring platform for Bitcoin mining data centers that was acquired by Braiins in 2024 and became Braiins Manager. Since 2025, he has led Braiins’ energy strategy and global Bitcoin mining projects.
Kenji Tateiwa
CEO of Agile Energy X, a subsidiary of Japan’s largest energy company. He leads pilot projects using bitcoin mining as a flexible load on Japan’s grid to address energy security, grid stability, and spinning reserve constraints as the country accelerates its transition to solar and wind.
